Chicken kiev
Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 item
- parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- skinless chicken breasts, deboned - 4 item
How to make chicken kiev:
Pound chicken until thin. Salt and pepper one side. Mix together margarine, parsley and a short squirt of lemon juice. Place 1/4 of mixture on each breast. Roll like a cabbage roll. Roll chicken roll in flour. (You can do this the night before.) Dip chicken in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs. Fry until brown, just about 5 minutes.
