Chicken jerusalem
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- sliced mushrooms - 1 c
- white wine - 1/2 c
- green onions, chopped - 2 item
- noodles - 1 item
- cans artichoke hearts - 2 oz
- chicken thighs or 6 boned breasts - 12 item
How to make chicken jerusalem:
Brown chicken in butter. Add chopped onions, wine and water. Simmer 45 minutes. Add mushrooms, salt and artichoke hearts. Cook slowly for 15 minutes. Serve with noodles sprinkled with parsley. Top with grated Parmesan cheese. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
