Ingredients/Components
- can chow mein noodles - 1 oz
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- can chicken and rice soup - 1 item
- small can boned chicken - 1 item
- drained green peas optional - 1 item
- chopped hard-cooked eggs optional - 1 item
How to make 5 can casserole:
Mix canned chicken, evaporated milk, chicken and rice soup and cream of celery soup together. Add peas and eggs; toss lightly. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles after baking 30 minutes at 350°.If you are watching the salt in your diet, please use low or no salt soups.
