Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- chicken breast - 1 item
- cream or milk - 2 tsp
- dehydrated onion soup mix - 2 tsp
- raw rice for every 4 packets of chicken - 1 c
How to make chicken in a packet:
Preheat oven to 350°. Partially cook the rice by halving the amount of water normally used. On a sheet of aluminum foil, layer the ingredients in order given, beginning with the rice. Wrap packet tightly and bake for 1 hour.You can make as many packets as you want at one time and freeze them before baking. Thaw thoroughly before baking. Each packet serves one.
