Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion
- chopped green pepper
- grated cheese
- large potatoes - 6 item
How to make stuffed baked potatoes:
Rub potatoes with 2 tablespoons butter. Bake 50 to 60 minutes. Cut lengthwise. Remove potatoes to bowl and mash. Saute onion and pepper 5 minutes. Heat milk. Add vegetables, milk, butter, salt, pepper, paprika and 1 cup cheese to potatoes; mix well. Spoon into shells. Sprinkle cheese on top.
