- egg whites - 2 item
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Spike seasoning
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced across the "grain" in 3/4-inch strips - 1 lb
- corn flake crumbs ready-made crumbs are cheaper than the cereal! - 1 c
How to make chicken fingers:
Combine cereal crumbs and seasoning. Beat oil into egg whites. Roll chicken pieces in egg mixture, then in crumbs. Spread out on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
