Chicken enchiladas
Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- chili powder - 2 tsp
- cooked chicken - 3 c
- salsa - 1/2 c
- can condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped bell pepper - 1/2 c
- shredded cheese - 4 oz
- flour tortillas - 10 item
- plain yogurt or sour cream I use half and half - 1 c
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Mix all ingredients except cheese and tortillas. Fill middle of flour tortilla; roll tortilla and place seam down in baking dish. Place cheese on top. Bake at 300° for 20 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
