- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- dash of garlic powder - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- picante sauce - 1 c
- boneless chicken breast
- vegetable oi - 1/4 c
How to make chicken fajitas:
Pound chicken breast to even thickness. Combine all other ingredients in Ziploc plastic bag plus chicken. Press out air and zip. Refrigerate 3 to 24 hours. Turn several times. Drain chicken; reserve marinade. Broil chicken on grill 5 to 7 minutes; baste with marinade. Slice chicken in thin strips, put in tortillas.
