Ingredients/Components
- meat from 2 chickens, cooked and cut up
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- chopped green chilies - 8 oz
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 1 doz
- picante sauce - 8 oz
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 1 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Mix all ingredients except cheese and tortillas. Layer in rectangular baking dish: 6 tortillas, then half of chicken mixture and half of the grated cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot throughout.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
