Chili chicken
Ingredients/Components
- chicken broth - 2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- boneless chicken breasts - 4 item
- chopped green chilies - 1/2 c
- large onion - 1 item
- garlic to taste - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese - 1/2 lb
- flat tortillas - 1 pkg
How to make chili chicken:
Cook chicken and save broth. Saute onion in your 2 cups broth (saved) along with garlic to taste. Add green chilies and soups (set aside). Tear up tortillas (set aside). Chop chicken and add to broth and soup mixture. Pour half into casserole dish. Layer 1/2 of tortillas, then remainder of chicken and remainder of tortillas. Cover with cheese.
