Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1/2 lb
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- flour tortillas - 1 pkg
- chicken breasts, skinless and boneless - 4 item
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Mix soups, onion, Ro-Tel tomatoes and chicken. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish. Tear tortillas in strips and line bottom.Layer as follows: tortilla strips, 1/2 soup mixture, cheese, tortilla strips, 1/2 soup mixture and cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve with nachos and cheese dip.
