Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 16 oz
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • chopped onion - 1 item
  • chili powder - 3 Tbsp
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • flour tortillas - 1 item
  • cans green chilies, chopped - 2 item
  • 5-6 chicken breasts, diced, cooked
  • Shredded Monterey jack cheese - 1 item

How to make chicken enchiladas:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl, stir together soup and sour cream until smooth, set aside. In 2 quart saucepan, over medium heat, in hot butter, cook onion and chili powder, until tender. Stir in chicken, chilies and two tablespoons of soup
