Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 16 oz
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- chopped onion - 1 item
- chili powder - 3 Tbsp
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- flour tortillas - 1 item
- cans green chilies, chopped - 2 item
- 5-6 chicken breasts, diced, cooked
- Shredded Monterey jack cheese - 1 item
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl, stir together soup and sour cream until smooth, set aside. In 2 quart saucepan, over medium heat, in hot butter, cook onion and chili powder, until tender. Stir in chicken, chilies and two tablespoons of soupRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
