Chicken enchilada casserole
Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can diced green chilies - 1 item
- dozen corn tortillas - 1 item
- can green chili sauce - 1 item
- to 3/4 pound grated cheese - 1/2 item
- boned chicken or 4 breasts diced - 1 item
How to make chicken enchilada casserole:
Warp chicken pieces in foil and bake 50 minutes. When cooled remove skin and dice chicken. Lightly fry tortillas and cut into quarters. Mix soups, chili sauce chilies and onions together. In casserole layer tortillas, chicken soup mixture and cheese. End with tortillas and cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
