Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- sour cream - 1 pt
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 1 oz
- jar dried beef, chopped - 1 1/2
- to 4 chicken breasts - 3 item
- to 4 bacon slices - 3 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Wrap slice of bacon around each piece of chicken breast. Grease casserole dish. Place dried beef on bottom of dish. Place chicken, wrapped in bacon, on beef. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over chicken and cover and bake 2 hours at 325°. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer. Serve on rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
