  • pkg - 8 oz
  • nutmeg - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • garlic salt - 1 item
  • small can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • seasoned salt - 1 item
  • poultry seasoning - 1 item
  • celery salt - 1 item
  • cayenne pepper - 1 item
  • to 8 chicken breast halves - 6 item
  • cans cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup - 2 item
  • Seasonings: pepper

How to make chicken casserole:

Seasonings: pepper celery salt garlic salt poultry seasoning nutmeg seasoned salt cayenne pepper Cook chicken breast halves. Bone, skin and break into pieces as desired. Place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish. Sprinkle with seasonings. Mix together 2 cans condensed cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup and add 1 small can evaporated milk. Mix well and spread over chicken.

Mix stuffing according to directions on package. Spread over top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and dressing is lightly browned. Serves 6.
