Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chicken broth - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- green onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- Pepperidge Farm cornbread mix - 1 pkg
- chicken, cubed - 3 c
How to make chicken casserole:
Mix all ingredients together except cheese and soup. Pour into a large casserole. On top of mixture spread soup and top with grated cheese. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
