Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1/2 item
- chicken broth
- can cream of celery soup - 1/2 item
- can evaporated milk - 13 oz
- chicken breasts - 3 item
- bag or box cornbread stuffing mix - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Take chicken off bone. Cut in bite-size pieces. Put in 2-quart casserole dish. Melt margarine and add soups and milk. Pour over chicken. Mix stuffing and broth and spoon over mixture in casserole dish. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
