Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- 2 c - 1/2 pkg
- chicken or 4 large chicken breasts - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Stew chicken until done; don't salt. Pull off bones and put aside, saving broth. Stir together dressing mixes, onion and melted butter. In a greased 13 x 9-inch dish, put a layer of dressing crumbs, a layer of chicken and a layer of mushroom soup diluted with a can of broth. Repeat with another layer of crumbs, chicken and cream of chicken soup, diluted with a can of broth. Top with a layer of crumbs.
