  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • crushed corn flakes
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • frozen hash brown potatoes - 2 lb

How to make cheese potatoes:

Topping:1 c. crushed corn flakes1 c. grated Cheddar cheese Heat until cheese melts; add potatoes, mix thoroughly. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes (less if potatoes are thawed). Remove from oven. Sprinkle mixture of corn flakes and Cheddar cheese on top of potatoes. Put pan back in oven. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
