  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 oz
  • bay leaf - 1 item
  • chopped parsley - 1/2 c
  • seasoned salt - 1 tsp
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • chicken breasts - 4 item
  • envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
  • jar sliced mushrooms - 1 oz
  • chopped celery leaves - 3/4 c
  • jar chopped pimentos, drained - 1 oz
  • herb seasoning - 1/2 tsp
  • drained, sliced black olives - 1/2 c

How to make chicken casserole:

Rinse chicken. Combine chicken, parsley, bay leaf, celery leaves, onion, seasoned salt, herb seasoning and water to cover in saucepan. Simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender; drain, reserving chicken stock. Cool chicken. Cut into bite-sized
