Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 oz
- bay leaf - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 1/2 c
- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
- jar sliced mushrooms - 1 oz
- chopped celery leaves - 3/4 c
- jar chopped pimentos, drained - 1 oz
- herb seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- drained, sliced black olives - 1/2 c
How to make chicken casserole:
Rinse chicken. Combine chicken, parsley, bay leaf, celery leaves, onion, seasoned salt, herb seasoning and water to cover in saucepan. Simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender; drain, reserving chicken stock. Cool chicken. Cut into bite-sizedRecipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
