Ingredients/Components
- chicken or 4 chicken breasts - 1 item
- carton sour cream - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- water chestnuts - 1/2 c
- Ritz crackers - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Stew chicken until done. Remove from bone and line casserole dish. Mix sour cream, soup and water chestnuts together. Pour over chicken. Crumble crackers and cover mixture. Melt butter and pour over cracker crumbs.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
