Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 16 oz
  • whole chicken breasts - 3 item
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 3 item
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • carrot large dice - 1 item
  • onion large dice - 1 item
  • rib celery large dice - 1 item
  • bag herb seasoned mix Pepperidge Farm - 1 (8

How to make chicken casserole:

Boil chicken, onion, carrot, celery and bouillon cubes in water to cover until chicken test tender. Remove chicken from broth. Cool.

Cut chicken in bite-size pieces. Mix with sour cream and mushroom soup. Spread in prepared casserole.

Mix 1 cup of chicken broth (with vegetables included), 1 cup melted margarine and herb seasoned bread crumbs. Spread over chicken mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
