- sour cream - 16 oz
- whole chicken breasts - 3 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 3 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- carrot large dice - 1 item
- onion large dice - 1 item
- rib celery large dice - 1 item
- bag herb seasoned mix Pepperidge Farm - 1 (8
How to make chicken casserole:
Boil chicken, onion, carrot, celery and bouillon cubes in water to cover until chicken test tender. Remove chicken from broth. Cool.Cut chicken in bite-size pieces. Mix with sour cream and mushroom soup. Spread in prepared casserole.
Mix 1 cup of chicken broth (with vegetables included), 1 cup melted margarine and herb seasoned bread crumbs. Spread over chicken mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
