Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- poultry seasoning - 1 tsp
- can 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- skim or 1% milk - 1 c
- box stuffing mix Stove Top - 1 oz
- chicken breast or chicken tenders, cut into small cubes - 3/4 lb
How to make chicken casserole:
Prepare stuffing according to directions only using 1 tablespoon margarine. Set aside. Saut?© chicken cubes in pan sprayed with Pam until no longer pink. Add soups and milk. Pour into a sprayed 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle with poultry seasoning. Top with prepared stuffing and bake 30 minutes at 325°. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
