Ingredients/Components

  • stick butter - 1 item
  • can Cream of Chicken soup - 1 item
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth - 1 item
  • or 5 chicken breasts 2 pounds - 4 item
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs Town House - 1 item
  • 8 ounce container Green Onion Dip - 1 item

How to make chicken casserole:

Stew chicken until tender. Cool and remove bones. Cut into small pieces. Save broth. Melt 1 stick butter and mix with cracker crumbs. Pat into bottom of casserole dish, save some for topping. Put chicken on top of cracker crumbs. Spread 1 can Cream of Chicken soup (undiluted) over entire layer. Spread dip on top. Gently pour 1 1/2 cups of broth over this. Top with cracker crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.

This may be frozen and used later. May make with turkey instead of chicken.
