Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- stick margarine - 2/3 item
- chicken breasts - 5 item
- stack Ritz crackers - 1 item
- can cream of chicken - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Boil chicken breasts for 30 minutes, then tear chicken into pieces and layer in bottom of casserole dish. Add sour cream and cream of chicken over chicken breasts, then sprinkle crumbled crackers on top. Melt margarine and pour over the crackers.
