Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 1/4 c
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing - 1 pkg
How to make chicken casserole:
Melt margarine in saucepan. Pour over stuffing mix. Coat over thoroughly. Place a layer of stuffing on bottom of dish; add cooked chicken. Mix soup and sour cream together. Pour over layer of chicken. Finish up with remaining stuffing. Pour a little of the chicken broth over to help keep it moist.
