Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- cream of mushroom soup - 1 c
- Ritz crackers, crumbled - 25 item
- cans asparagus, drained - 2 oz
How to make chicken asparagus:
Place asparagus in casserole dish. Brown chicken and layer over asparagus. Mix soup, mayo and lemon juice; pour over chicken. Brown crackers in butter and sprinkle over soup mixture. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes until bubbly.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
