Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- chicken breasts or 1 chicken - 4 item
- Pepperidge Farm herb cornbread stuffing - 1 pkg
- to 2/3 stick oleo - 1/2 item
How to make chicken and dressing casserole:
Boil chicken; remove from bone. Mix melted oleo with stuffing mix. Reserve a few crumbs for top. Layer in casserole as follows: 1/2 stuffing mix, 1/2 chicken and 1 can mushroom soup, mixed with 1 cup broth. Layer again and use chicken soup with broth. Top with reserved crumbs.
