Cherry crunch
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- butter or margarine, softened - 1/2 c
How to make cherry crunch:
Mix with fork the brown sugar, flour, salt, baking powder, butter or margarine and egg. Pour half of mixture in bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread can of cherry (or any other type you like) pie filling in pan mixture. Sprinkle remaining mixture on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
