Cherry coffee cake
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- vanilla - 1/4 tsp
- granulated sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- raisins - 1/2 c
- brown sugar, packed - 1/4 c
- Bisquick baking mix - 2 c
- water or milk - 1 Tbsp
- jar cherry preserves - 1 oz
- Grease a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan; spread preserves in bottom of pan
How to make cherry coffee cake:
Preheat oven to 400°. Grease a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan; spread preserves in bottom of pan. In a small bowl, stir together raisins, brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. Mix remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously 1/2 minute. Spread batter evenly over preserves. Sprinkle with brown sugar mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. While warm, drizzle with Easy Icing.
