Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- water
- nuts - 1 c
- box banana cake mix - 1 item
- shortening oil, butter; your choice - 1/3 c
- or 6 overripe bananas - 5 item
How to make banana nut bread:
Mix banana cake mix, oil and eggs in large bowl on low speed. Cut up bananas and put in mix. Add nuts and mix together. Spray loaf pans with Pam and put mix in pans. Cook at 275° until done. It should make 3 to 4 loaves of bread.Recipe categories: Breads, Fruit, Yeast breads.
