Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 3 oz
- can cherry pie filling - 1 oz
- Parkay margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
How to make cherry cheese cake:
Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake at 325° for 10 minutes.Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in vanilla; pour over crust. Bake at 325° for 40 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. Top with pie filling before serving. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
Preparation time: 20 minutes. Bake time: 50 minutes. Cool/chill time: Several hours or overnight.
