Ingredients/Components
- water - 3 c
- rice, salted
- milk - 3 c
- oleo - 1 Tbsp
- sugar - 1/2 c
- envelope plain gelatin - 1 item
- almond extract - 1 Tbsp
- whipped cream - 1 c
- cherry pie filling - 1 item
How to make cherries in snow:
Cook water and rice, covered, for 15 minutes over medium heat. Add 3 cups milk, oleo and sugar. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until thick. Soften gelatin in 1/3 cup milk and add to rice.
