Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- large bag frozen hash browns or 8 large potatoes, cut up - 1 item
How to make cheesy potatoes:
Heat soup and sour cream together. In 9 x 12-inch glass dish, combine potatoes, cheese and margarine. Add soup and sour cream mixture. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs or etc. Bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
