Cheesy potato soup
Ingredients/Components
- water - 5 c
- Velveeta cheese - 8 oz
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped carrots - 1 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 5 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- potatoes, cubed - 5 c
How to make cheesy potato soup:
Bring bouillon cubes, onion, carrots, celery and water to a boil and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. Add potatoes and cook 20 minutes longer. Stir in cream of chicken soup and cheese.
