  • Velveeta cheese - 3/4 lb
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • sliced carrots - 1/2 c
  • cubed potatoes - 1 c
  • cubed ham - 1 c

How to make cheesy potato soup:

Bring water, potatoes, carrots and celery to boil; reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender. Add remaining ingredients; stir occasionally. Ready to eat when cheese is melted.
