Turn out onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6 to 8 minutes. Place dough in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour. Punch dough down and turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Divide dough into 20 equal pieces; shape into smooth balls and place on greased baking sheets. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 45 minutes. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the pans and cool on wire racks. Yield: 20 delicious hamburger buns. This recipe also makes good breadsticks.Recipe categories: Breads, Healthy, Yeast breads.
