Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- shredded cheese - 10 oz
- can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make sour cream potatoes:
Blend all ingredients, except corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter. Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish. Top with corn flakes and butter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
