Cheesy cornbread
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 3/4 c
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- cornmeal
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- pork sausage - 1 lb
How to make cheesy cornbread:
Brown sausage and onions together in a skillet until done, about 10 minutes. Mix other ingredients except cheese in a mixing bowl.Put 1/2 of mix in a baking pan; put sausage and cheese in the middle. Then put the other 1/2 of mix on top. Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 30 to 40 minutes.
