Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1/4 c
- shredded American cheese - 1/2 c
- can condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 3/4
- can whole kernel corn - 1 3/4
- chopped pimiento - 2 Tbsp
- whole small chicken breast - 1 item
How to make cheesy chicken-corn chowder:
In saucepan, combine chicken, onion, celery and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Remove chicken, when cool enough to handle. Cut off meat and chop.
