Chicken lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- sliced mushrooms - 1 can
- can condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- diced cooked chicken - 3 c
- grated process cheese - 2 c
- creamed cottage cheese
- chopped pimiento - 1/4 c
- wide lasagna noodles, cooked and drained - 8 oz
How to make chicken lasagna:
Saute onion and green pepper in butter; add soup, milk, mushrooms, pimiento and basil. Place half the noodles in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Cover with half each of mushroom sauce, cottage cheese, chicken and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350° about 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Lasagna.
