Cheesy chicken casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 oz
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- 8-count can crescent rolls - 1 item
- medium to large chicken breasts, cooked and chopped - 4 item
How to make cheesy chicken casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Toss with cheese in bowl. Separate rolls into triangles. Place some chicken mixture in center of each triangle. Roll up from wide end. Place in 8 x 8-inch baking pan. Combine soup and milk in saucepan; mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring until smooth. Pour over chicken rolls. Sprinkle with any remaining cheese and chicken.
