- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- medium potatoes - 6 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make cheesy baked potatoes:
Steam or boil potatoes whole, 45 minutes or until done. Split, add butter and cheeses; salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes in 400° oven.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
