Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/4 c
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- whipping cream - 1/2 pt
- each - 3 bars
- Filling:4 eggs
- Topping: canned cherry pie filling
How to make cheese cake:
Filling:4 eggs1 c. sugar3 bars cream cheese (8 oz. each)1/4 c. flour1/2 pt. whipping cream1 tsp. vanilla Topping: canned cherry pie filling Crust: Crumb zweiback. Cream the butter. Mix all ingredients and then press into spring-form pan (10-inch diameter). Reserve 1/4 cup to sprinkle on top.Filling: Mix eggs and sugar. Add 3 bars of softened cream cheese, then flour. Blend until smooth. Add whipping cream and vanilla. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with crumbs. Put pan of water in oven. Put in cheese cake. Bake at 300° for 1 hour. Turn off oven and leave in for 1 more hour. Top with pie filling.
