Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 2 oz
- vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- vanilla wafers - 24 item
- can cherry pie filling or any flavor - 1 item
How to make cheesecake cupcakes:
Line 24 muffin tins with paper liners. Place one wafer in the bottom of each. Blend sugar, cream cheese, lemon juice, eggs and vanilla in bowl. Spoon enough mixture in each tin to fill half full. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cool. Top with pie filling.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cupcakes.
