Cream cheese bars

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• pkg - 2 oz
• milk - 4 Tbsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 2 c
• brown sugar - 2/3 c
• butter - 2/3 c
• lemon juice - 2 Tbsp

How to make cream cheese bars:

Cream butter and brown sugar. Add flour and nuts. Blend until crumbly. Reserve 2 cups for topping. Press remaining mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Combine cream cheese and sugar; beat until smooth. Add eggs, milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat well. Spread mixture of baked crust; sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
