- graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp

- dairy sour cream
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- grated lemon rind - 1 tsp
- margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
How to make cheesecake:
Filling:3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese3/4 c. sugar1 tsp. grated lemon rind1 Tbsp. lemon juice3 eggs Topping:1 c. dairy sour cream2 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. vanilla Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake at 325° for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 300°.Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, juice and rind, mixing until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour mixture over crust. Bake at 300° for 55 minutes.
Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla; carefully spread over cheesecake. Continue baking 10 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool before removing rim of pan. Chill.
