  • flaked coconut - 1/3 c
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • crushed graham crackers - 4 c

How to make butterfinger cheesecake:

Filling:9 (2.1 oz.) Butterfinger candy bars2 (11.2 oz.) boxes cream cheese mix Preheat oven to 350°. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugars, coconut and melted butter. Press firmly into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown (approximately 8 minutes). Remove from oven and let cool.

Prepare cheese cake mix according to directions. Crush Butterfingers. To assemble, sprinkle 1/3 of the crushed Butterfingers over the baked crust. Pour 1/2 the cream cheese mixture over the Butterfinger crumbs. Top the cream cheese mixture with another third of the crumbs. Add remaining cream cheese mixture and top with rest of the crumbs. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 16 to 20 servings.
