• heavy cream - 1/2 pt
• soft butter - 1/4 c
• lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
• crushed graham crackers
• ground pecans or 1/2 c - 1/2 c

How to make creamy cheesecake:

Filling*:4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese6 eggs1/2 pt. heavy cream1/3 c. sour cream1 tsp. vanilla2 c. confectioners sugar2 Tbsp. lemon juice2 Tbsp. flour Make at least 8 hours ahead, preferably a day ahead.
