Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 3 oz
- sour cream - 2 c
- eggs, separated - 4 item
- stick butter - 1/2 item
How to make cheesecake:
Melt butter; crush crackers and mix with 2 tablespoons sugar. Press in pan. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and egg yolks. Beat egg whites and fold into mixture; add vanilla and bake 40 minutes at 350°. Then mix sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread over top and bake at 475° for 5 minutes.
